Li Longji / Wu Longji 685 CE to 762 CE - The seventh and longest ruling emperor of the Tang Dynasty. During his rule Tang China reached an Golden Age. There was an extensive canal network built and new academies were establish, and the capitol of China (Chang'an) became the largest city in the world.
