Emperor Wu of Wei 155 CE to 220 CE - Cao Cao was a warlord during the Three Kingdoms period in China. His military success helped establish the state of Cao Wei. Cao Cao knew the importance of agriculture to support his army and took great effort to create farmland for his subjects. He also created many schools and was a successful poet.
